The Azerbaijani mugham music genre is featured in this season’s program at the Shaikh Ebrahim Center, with young Azerbaijani artist Ghochag Aslarov, along with three other musicians, presents a concert showcasing this traditional Sufi music genre which Askarov has toured since 2009 ever since winning the Traditional Music Festival in Samarkand, in the largest festival of spiritual and traditional music in the world.
